The content provided on this website (health tips, doctor listings, department guides) is for informational and scheduling purposes only. It is not intended to replace direct in-person clinical diagnosis or emergency treatment.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointment requests submitted online are subject to doctor availability confirmation.
- BCB Care Hospital reserves the right to reschedule appointments in cases of emergency surgeries or critical care calls.
- Patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled consultation time.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Patients and visitors agree to provide accurate medical history, treat hospital staff and fellow patients with respect, and adhere to hospital infection control and safety guidelines while on hospital premises.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Assam and India. Any disputes arising out of the use of these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhemaji, Assam.
